based in Toronto, Canada and author of the popular blog and podcasts at
The BA Coach. He has over a decade’s experience in software
development and has worked in diverse domains such as Retail, Auto,
Property, and Life Insurance, Mutual Funds, Banking, Sales and
Marketing, CRM, Cloud Computing, and Non-profit sector.
He holds a major in Computer Science(B. Eng) and enjoys working on
projects that involve strategy, process improvement, legacy migrations,
